Anyone have the same problem and fixed it?

Are they pictures on your computer? Or pictures off the web?

Off my puter. Most come from the web, though.

Im not in a position for a detailed response, but if youre posting a pic from the web, on the webpage right click the picture and select Copy Image Location or picture location or whatever it says. Then paste that link into your Post, highlight it, then click "IMG" on the post option bar.

It should put "IMG" on both sides of youre link. thats it.

Oh, yeah, IMGs. I dated a girl in the 70s who drove one of those. LOL

From the hard drive, I have the option to copy, but when I right-click in a post, no option to paste.

This has got to be simple...

No, those details were from pictures on the web already. Not on your harddrive. I just got home, give me a bit to settle in and dry my gonads off and Ill put togethor an instructional for you on both ways.

I think you can only post pictures off the web, not from your hard drive. You will have to upload them to a free site like www.photobucket.com or something simular, then as admthrwn said either click the IMG button or type "[img]post%20web%20link%20here[/img]" what's in the quotes.

I was just going to upload an explanation followed by this:

btw, once you have uploaded an attachment, if you go to your "User Control Panel" and click "Manage Attachments" in the "Options" list on the left, you get a list of everything you have attached to posts.

Then if you right click a file name, in this case elephant.gif and then click "copy link location", you can put it into another post by pasting the location, in this case download/file.php?id=1677 into a new post, highlight it then click "Img" at the top of of the posting window.

It will then look like this, but with square brackets {http://goldsilverchat.com/BBchat/download/file.php?id=1677}.

When submitted it will look like this:

and you can see what it looked like when I typed it by clicking "quote" at the top of the pane this post is in and seeing what I typed.
