Krucht is good.

And Skillet, "You're Better Than Drugs", that's a great song and a great line.

Hero is an awesome song as well.

Haven't got the TFK album yet, probably tomorrow afternoon. I think Pillar has a new cd coming out next month. 8-)

Crowder, I think is about the best all-around pop/rock act in Christian music. They don't rock like Skillet, usually, I understand.

New disc coming out within days, if it isnt out already.

Our team is playing the following in worship on Sunday --

"No One Like You", I think, set a standard for Christian Rock. Classic, I would say. Tough to play also. We will see if folks are shocked or set free.

Maybe soon, frankly. The other gig isn't working out well between me and leadership. When you take huge passion and put a dam in front of it, you get a flood eventually.

Yup Jeremy Camp is from Indiana, that's how I first heard about him years ago.
Pillar's new album Confessions comes out this next tuesday, I've heard it all online, it's pretty good.

Kutless will have a new worship album in October.

Are you for real?

I just checked into this and you are 100% right. Wow, I didn't know that happened and it has been a year since he came out.

Wasn't sure where Fred was going. I was shocked too.

I had a gay guy on the worship team for a little while. He seemed mostly to have made the lifestyle change and was wanting more change. I was happy to fellowship with the guy,be kind to him and make opportunities for success. The whole thing blew up when there was some pornographic material being sent to another member of the team -- and then it appeared that the lifestyle change had not been made. Are such things inevitable?

It is difficult to have an obvious point of disagreement with God's rules in the part of public worship. If you say you love Him, but you don't love his rules -- and are unrepentant and committed to that course of action, it is hard to by the guys music and receive it without reservation. Lots of people sin and worship. I am one of them. But, if you make a public point of your deliberate disagreement with the Word of God and refuse to obey, that is just different.

Don't yall hate having to pay over $10 for a new cd with only 10 songs on it.

Pillar's new cd Confessions is out now, only 10 songs on it, the Christian bookstore has it for $13.99, I passed on that, figured I can download the songs for $10 online.

$10 for 10 songs?

I thought I paid like $8.00 for eight songs when I was buying Aerosmith records -- a long time ago.

;)

Little known, but awesome:

If you like Demon Hunter, check out Still Remains. They broke up about a year or so ago, but their Serpent album is pretty dang good.

They do some harder music (more screaming)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQTePyL5lPM

and some with less screaming http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=77AsHepOJR4

Still Remains, heh, yup seen them in concert here in Goshen years ago. Not bad live, for the energy and having fun, but's it's hard to understand their music without having lyrics in front of me. So I never bought any of their albums.

Demon Hunter just put up a new song off their new album on their myspace page, Tie This Around Your Neck, it's an awesome song, definatly worth the listen. The lyrics are awesome as well.

"I’ve heard every empty line.
Every curse, every word that you redefine.
I will turn my back on the coming storm.
Won’t lie in the grave, I will be reborn."

Newsboys has a new album coming out July 13th, it's called "Born Again" I'm sure yall have heard the #1 song on the radios. Now with Michael Tait they have a rejuvenated sound much like their younger days when I liked them. (early 90's LoL)
