Post Pancreas etc.
in another thread Sue-Z-Q had pondered what might help boost the pancreatic system
it was a thought stemming form incidences of pancreatic cancer
what follows will hopefully tie the two together and allow for more of a personal quest
because each individual has a different threshold, when it comes to conventional and natural medicine

Typhonium flagelliforme
this plant is touted as a cancer fighter
what interested me in it was its ability to not only enhance your natural defenses,
but its blood cleansing properties also
as the Bible says, the life is in the blood

so, just as we fight cancer by cleansing the blood and enhancing its defenses,
maybe we stand a fighting chance to keep cancer/etc. at bay, if our blood is clean

info on Typhonium flagelliforme:
http://www.globinmed.com/IMRContent/detail.aspx?id=BOT00197
http://www.cancerhelps.com/

to have someone quick to listen, and slow to speak,
by your side in the midst of the storm
is a blessing
(thanks to Sue for the reminder)

my grandpa was 98 when he passed (pneumonia in the hospital)
he ate like a typical farmer
but one thing he did his whole life was walk
cardiovascular = oxygen = blood
two thoughts on this:
rebounders (i've been thinking of these for awhile now)
there does seem to be quite a few oxygen drops out there

offgrid, I think there is something to that walking thing.
I haven't walked on the treadmill or rode my bike (It is winter though) since the start of the thanksgiving holiday
and I'm getting older and uglier everyday now.

Seriously though I think it does help alot to keep you younger looking and healthier.
oh yeah grandma was about 92 when she passed she walked everywhere up int her eighties
and rode her bike into her seventies.

one thing your grandma didn't have to worry so much about was her food
now i think we have to be more careful, get to know your producers
or move to Faith's farm
