This may take the really big boys, this may take the Rothschilds
they could use it as their servants Quarters.

Let me get this straight. 80 acres, 110 buildings, 11,000 apartments, and 25,000 tenants.
Who would want to live there? And why?

If I lived on an 80 acre chunk of land, and had it all to my self, the neighbors would still be too close. I guess I never understood why people like the city life.
