Just a teaser.
Arizona's woes continue with latest super project going into foreclosure.
I'm thinking this downturn still has a way to go. :?

Let me get this straight. 80 acres, 110 buildings, 11,000 apartments, and 25,000 tenants.
Who would want to live there? And why?

If I lived on an 80 acre chunk of land, and had it all to my self, the neighbors would still be too close. I guess I never understood why people like the city life.
